Elabor8 have been recognised as one of Australia’s fastest growing companies for the fourth year in a row, jumping 34 spots to 37th place on The Australian Financial Review’s Fast 100 list for 2017.
We’re honoured to be included on the list, firstly to be among so many other ground-breaking businesses, but also to see our growth reflected in the success of our clients’ digital transformations.
“The last year was immense for Elabor8, with expansion on a number of fronts,” says Paul Velonis, one of Elabor8’s founders and Managing Director.
“We opened a new office in Brisbane which has really taken hold in what is a very exciting market. With our teams in Melbourne and Sydney we now have a strong presence across the Eastern Seaboard.”
Our people know that maintaining a place on the list from year to year requires the same focus on continuous innovation and delivery that we help our clients to achieve.
As a result, says Paul, “We expanded our service offering to augment our strong Agility focus, with new practices in Product and Technology to help our clients with Customer Centricity and Service Design, DevOps and Cloud Enablement.”
Co-founder and Head of Client Services, Nam Huynh believes that Elabor8’s placement on the list is a sign that Agility has now tipped over from the early adopter segment into the mainstream.
“This year we have worked on a number of exciting initiatives across operating model redesign and transformation for some of Australia’s biggest companies and most familiar brands. More and more, we are seeing that our value lies in helping our clients ensure they are building the right things, and that their platforms support continuous delivery.”
At the end of the day though, every consultancy is only as good as its people, and Elabor8 is proud to place equal emphasis on investing in its team. Andrew Blain, Elabor8’s third co-founder and Head of Business Advisory underscores this point.
“We pay serious attention to professional development and give each of our Elabor8ers long-term career focus. A continuous learning and sharing culture helps our people keep abreast of the latest methods from the world of start-ups and progressive product delivery. We feel it’s the strength of this knowledge that underpins our ability to continually deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients – and their success is fundamental to ours.”
Looking ahead we can only see the trend of business-wide agility increasing, and we are very excited by the opportunities this will create for us, our people and our customers.
