Elabor8 is a proud sponsor of the second annual CIO50 list, recognising Australia’s most innovative and effective Chief Information Officers.
An initiative of CIO Australia, the list celebrates local IT leaders who are influencing rapid change and driving innovative technology projects to completely transform their organisations.
As the CIO role becomes more broad and central to overall business success, today’s CIOs are evolving to become business advisors and strategists. Driving innovation and supporting continuous organisational change with technical competence and flexibility, the CIO role is more critical today than it’s ever been.
Against this backdrop, Elabor8 is excited to partner with CIO Australia to recognise the standout Australian IT leaders who are enabling their organisations to meet the needs of their customers and communities through smart technology solutions.
“Elabor8 is proud to be a major sponsor of the 2017 CIO50 list. As the remit of CIO shifts from a supporting function to one of the key contributors of new product development and revenue generation, we’re excited to recognise and celebrate the individuals who are thriving in response to this expanded focus,” says Paul Velonis, Elabor8’s Managing Director.
“Elabor8 has worked with a number of the individuals and organisations on last year’s list to build leading digital experiences for their customers. We understand the challenges and opportunities the evolving CIO role presents – they’ve never had more influence or been so critical to business success.”
Nominees will be assessed against three key pillars – demonstrating IT’s business value, innovation, and leadership. Nominations are now open and will close on 17 August 2017, with the results announced in October and a celebration to reveal the CIO50 in November.
