Elabor8 Principals Andrew Blain and Nam Huynh recently completed the SAFe Program Consultant course and after a nervous week of waiting for the outcome from their test their certification finally came through.
The course and certification prepare them as Agile change agents to:
- Lead an enterprise agile transformation
- Implement the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe)
- Train managers and executives in Leading SAFe and act as a SAFe Agilist (SA) certifying agent
- Train teams in SAFe ScrumXP for Teams and act as a SAFe Practioner (SP) certifying agent
We’re proud to add this capability to our Agile Consulting offering and also to add the SAFe training courses to our Academy.
